You may use Medical QuestTM to locate physicians and dentists who participate in State-contracted health and dental networks.
You may also use Medical QuestTM to locate hospitals, health insurance plans, and to research information on health topics and ailments.
Medical Quest'sTM Physician Directory is designed to replace printed directories with a more accurate and efficient tool. Click on the blue words "physician directory" to begin your search. Or click on the "Directories" box at the top of any page on this Website where you see the box displayed, and select "Physician Directory".
The Dentist Directory will help you locate a dentist who participates in Delta Dental plan. Click on the blue words "Dentist directory" to begin your search. Or click on the "Directories" box at the top of any page on this Website where you see the box displayed, and select Dentist Directory.The Hospital Directory is a directory of all acute care hospitals in Colorado. To view the hospital list, click on the underlined blue words "Hospital Directory" and you'll be taken to a list of hospitals by town. Or click on the "Directories" box at the top of any page on this Website where you see the box displayed, and click on "Hospital Directory". Click on the town or city in which you want to locate a hospital's address or general phone number, and viola! For hospital names underlined in blue text, use your mouse to point and click on the hospital's name, and you will be taken to that hospital's Website.
The Health Plan Directory is a directory of health insurance plans that provide insurance to State employees. Not all health plans are available to every employee, however, and your eligibility depends upon your county of residence. Click on the underlined words Health Plan Directory for a list of health insurance plan names, general addresses and general phone numbers. If the health insurance plan's name is underlined in blue text, use your mouse to point and click on the health plan's name and you will be taken to that health plan's Website.
